Request account deletion
Google Play requires a web path to request deletion even if you no longer have the App installed.
Option 1 — In the App (immediate)
If you still have KOR installed and are signed in:
- Open Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm twice.
Deletion runs immediately. It cannot be undone.
Option 2 — By email (without the App)
Write from the same email you used to register with KOR:
Email support@kortraining.app
Suggested subject: KOR account deletion request. Include the account email. We will respond and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account (email / access).
- Profile (name, date of birth, sex, weight, height, preferences).
- Training spaces and associated equipment.
- Plans, sessions, session exercises, and logged sets.
- Scan logs, adaptations, additional sports, and AI-usage events.
What is not deleted
- Shared equipment catalogue images (not your photos).
- Generic App content (exercise library, reference programs).
- Minimal records we may be legally required to keep (if any).
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore your history afterward.
