By creating an account or using KOR you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
KOR is a mobile app that generates and adapts training plans and sessions from the information you provide (profile, preferences, equipment, and usage). The service may include AI features to suggest exercises, detect equipment from photos, and adapt loads.
KOR is currently free. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, we will notify you clearly before charging.
You must be at least 16 years old to use KOR. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure.
KOR is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workouts, suggested loads, and estimates (e.g. calories) are indicative. Consult a health professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.
You train at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries or damages arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
KOR, its brand, design, and software are owned by us or licensed to us. You keep your training data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Chilean law, KOR and its operator are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the App. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed, if any, the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim (currently: zero, as the App is free).
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Profile or via the deletion page. After deletion, these Terms end except clauses that by nature should survive (IP, limitation of liability, governing law).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.
